Luxury Apartments “Kaiserkai“

The building is proposed on Hamburg’s waterfront, next to the new opera house. The design is a reference to shipbuilding and shipbuilding materials. Generous openings in the metal body show glass facades with wooden shutters and balconies.

The building accommodates 25 high-end apartments; each designed to have unspoiled views and balconies towards the water. The top penthouses are designed as duplex apartments with generous roof terraces overlooking the downtown of Hamburg. A naturally lid atrium forms the core of the building. Together with a scenic escalator it will stimulate social communication between future residences.

As part of the landscape concept, the building will have its own private pier in connection with a semi private courtyard.
